Terms of Use — Saowa

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Saowa and related services ("Services"), including account registration through Authentik sign-in. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Scope and eligibility

You may use Saowa only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and only for lawful purposes. You use Saowa voluntarily and at your own discretion.

2) Accounts and security

Saowa uses single sign-on to authenticate users. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, credentials, and second factors. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3) Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent access controls, interfere with service availability, upload malicious content, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

4) Your data and content

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you submit. Saowa may remove content that violates law, security, or platform rules.

5) Availability and changes

The Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may update features, limits, or access requirements without prior notice. Services that are currently free (for example Budget) may become paid in the future, including one-time or subscription pricing. If pricing changes, updated pricing and billing terms will apply from the effective date of that change.

6) No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saowa, its operators, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.

8) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Saowa, its operators, and contributors against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect on publication. If the legal version is changed, you may be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Services.
